About the event
As a provider, your energy is your most valuable resource. Working as professional caregivers, we are repeatedly witness to trauma, oppression, and broken systems. Far from typical "self care", this conference retreat will provide you with a foundational understanding of how to develop your own resiliency practice through self-attunement and connection that buffers stress and that can even create growth from toxicity and trauma.
Rates include room, 3 organic meals/day, one excursion (TBD), shuttles to/from Puerto Vallarta airport on 4/18 and 4/25, and conference tuition & all CEs:
