If you work in healthcare, you work your tail off. You are invited to join your peers to rejuvenate, fortify, and heal. This is a time for YOU to feel cared for rather than being the caregiver.

This retreat is facilitated by former ER providers, Heather Sweeney, MSN, RN, CEN (CEP #17861) and Amy Ponteri, LPC, LCAT, ATR-BC. Through supportive and restorative activities such as yoga, art, mindfulness, time in nature, and learning, our goal is for you to feel nurtured and connected. You will leave this week with new tools, new connections, and a rekindled sense of purpose.

This conference retreat is meant for relaxation, restoration, and healing, so that you can care for your patients from a connected and authentic place.
