Will there be medical staff available at the retreat?

No, HHH does not provide medical emergency personnel at its retreats. You are responsible for caring for yourself and any medical conditions during travel and the retreat.

What are your COVID-19 and general health & safety guidelines?

Our team is vaccinated and we encourage guests to be vaccinated and boosted before traveling. If you develop symptoms, please test with an over-the-counter antigen test and bring 1-2 self-tests to any overnight event (self-tests aren't available in Chacala, Mexico). Masks are currently optional per CDC and state/federal guidelines, but please wear one if you feel ill. Guidelines are subject to change.

What am I agreeing to when I register for a retreat?

By registering, you acknowledge that retreat activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological risk, and you take responsibility for assessing that risk and choosing what is safe for you. You also accept responsibility for any risks from alcohol or substance use during free time, and for any injuries or damages arising from your participation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations must be emailed to helpinghealthcarehealretreats@gmail.com. Deposits are always non-refundable. More than 65 days before the event, you'll receive a refund minus your deposit and a 6% processing fee. Between 30-65 days, you'll receive a nonrefundable credit (minus deposit) valid for one year. After 30 days, a 50% nonrefundable credit is available; within 7 days, 25%; within 24 hours of the retreat, no refund or credit is given.
