About Helping Healthcare Heal
Caring in Community
Since 2020, healthcare has not been the same. We are healthcare workers ourselves, each with years in acute care settings, including the first two years of COVID in an Emergency Department in Clackamas, Oregon. Watching healthcare providers step up to care for others, only to become depleted and disillusioned, made it clear that there had to be a different way to care for ourselves and one another.
What began as a personal journey toward restoration has grown into a community dedicated to helping healthcare professionals reconnect with who they are, what they value, and why they chose this work in the first place.
Grounded in science and propelled by fun, we offer regional and international retreats that combine evidence-based education, engaging learning experiences, and meaningful connection. Our retreats are designed to foster balance in caring for ourselves, our patients, and our communities, while equipping participants with practical tools to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and return to their work with renewed clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
Each retreat offers continuing education credits (CEs) in beautiful, restorative environments with curriculum and CEs varying by event. Helping Healthcare Heal, LLC is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider Number 17861).
