Join us in the picturesque Palm Desert, California, for four nights of relaxation and CE opportunities. Guided by Tracey Biebel, LCSW, we'll explore methods to release tension and discover inner peace. Experience stillness, grounding exercises, meditation, intention setting, inner tranquility, playfulness, practical tools, curiosity, and art. Enjoy fun activities, hiking, sound baths, and make new friends.
