Nurture Yourself in Nature on Sauvie Island - 8 CEs

In this playful, hands-on CE workshop (approved for 6 CEs), we’ll play in + with nature while tuning into the individual patterns of our nervous system. Partnering with teaching artist, retired therapist, and former medical social worker, Amy Jarvis, we'll give the thinking brain a rest by exploring in nature and playing with the creative process through high-touch, nature-inspired activities. With bucolic Sauvie Island and the iconic Columbia River as our backdrop, we’ll notice how nature supports regulation, sparks imagination, and invites us into something larger than ourselves. Come ready to wander, create, and reconnect with community and the world around you.

Lunch and all supplies provided on-site. This offering allows for in-depth exploration through supported experiential and expressive activities. Additionally, the event encourages and facilitates peer discussion among providers to motivate ongoing healing and growth beyond the event.
