About the event
In the tranquil setting of Sauvie Island, this relaxed and experiential CE workshop deep dives into what guides our everyday choices. Articulate and (re)connect with why you are doing what you're doing (and what you may want to shift). Articulating and acting in alignment with our values connects us to a larger sense of purpose, guides our everyday choices, and buffers us from burnout.
The morning will be spent in a thought-provoking exercise to help you articulate your most important values (facilitated by Amy Ponteri, LPC, LCAT & Heather Sweeney, RN, MSN, CEN), and the afternoon will be spent expanding and deepening your relationship to your values by using images and fun art supplies (facilitated by Amy Jarvis, LCSW).
